If you experience any problems or dissatisfaction with the Hairfix products you have purchased, please email or call us and let’s see whether we can help you in the first instance. If you are not satisfied with the our response and the results obtained from using Hairfix, we (Hairfix Ltd.) will refund you the actual price paid in accordance with the folowing terms and conditions:

  1. This offer is made by Hairfix Ltd, London, UK. We reserve the right to withdraw the offer upon 28 days’ notice at any time.
  2. This offer is open to individuals who have purchased a Hairfix product from hairfix.co.uk and used it in accordance with the product directions. If after 90 days you are not satisfied with results you may apply for a cash refund in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  3. The money back guarantee period runs from date of purchase as recorded on Hairfix’s website administration site.
  4. To qualify, the product must be purchased directly from www.hairfix.co.uk. You must retain proof of purchase. This offer is open to all customers in the UK and ROI aged 18 years of age and over.
  5. This guarantee can only be redeemed directly with Hairfix Ltd.
  6. Applications for refund requests must be made in writing within 90-days from date of purchase.
  7. Reimbursement will be via the card or payment method used for the original purchase. Valid bank details must be provided on request. Please allow up to 28 days for refund after confirmation of receipt of product by us, although we aim to provide refunds more quickly.
  8. Hairfix Ltd. will refund the actual price paid, net of any promotional discount, as evidenced by our administration system or confirmation email. The maximum amount the promoter will refund is £100.
  9. To make an application and obtain your refund, please contact Hairfix directly via at info@hairfix.co.uk and include the following information:
    1. product purchased
    2. date of purchase
    3. purchase price
    4. reason for return
    5. name and address
    6. proof of purchase.
  10. To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to the promoter. No refunds will be issued until the product has been received.
  11. All care should be taken to ensure that the returned product is adequately packaged and protected from damage in transit.
  12. The item must appear on the email confirmation. If the relevant Hairfix product is not displayed, the application cannot be processed.
  13. This offer does not apply if the proof-of-purchase has been altered in any way or made illegible.
  14. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
  15. Returns must be paid for by the customer.
