I'm Maria, older than I feel and with less hair than I’d like. Fortunately, feeling younger than your years isn’t a crime and having more and better hair is not a hopeless dream.
I've done many things in my life, including raising three wonderful boys (the stroppy teenage cat, Saffy, is still a work in progress) and beating breast cancer.
As a trained beauty therapist, I see on a daily basis how skincare products and make up can transform our self-esteem and make us feel so much better about ourselves. Hair’s no different – a bad hair day is a bad day all round for me. Luckily, I’m a born problem solver so I’m determined not to let poor hair get me – or you – down.
I've been using Hairfix Follicle + Anti-Age for a couple of months now. It really has improved my hair; my parting, crown and hairline look fuller and I have lots of new hair. I've also been using the Every Day Shampoo & Conditioner, alternating it with Follicle + Shampoo & Conditioner. I use Make Volume Feel Natural mousse and Silk+ for styling my hair.
So, as you'll have noticed, I'm a big Hairfix fan and I’d love it if you could drop in here from time to time and read about my quest for great hair for women of all ages. I’ll be sharing a few beauty tips, too.
Who knows, if get really carried away I might even throw in a favourite Mediterranean recipe!
